We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-driven E-Commerce & Warehouse Coordinator to support our online operations, fulfilment workflows, and customer service experience across all digital touchpoints. This hybrid role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys wearing many hats — from packing orders with care, to maintaining stock accuracy, to managing support tickets and ensuring our online store is running smoothly. E-Commerce Operations Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store in relation to product listings and inventory. Assist with uploading new products, updating product information, resizing images, and maintaining visual consistency aligned with the brand. Monitor online orders, payment statuses, fraud alerts and fulfilment flows. Support promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, new launches, sales) by updating site assets, discount codes, shipping rules, and customer notifications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new product launches are executed flawlessly across the website. Customer Service Tasks Answering email enquiries on Zendesk from customers regarding product information, returns, order processing and more. Warehouse Tasks Picking, packing and processing orders. Space and picking bays for large deliveries and new products. Shipments from overseas. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years experience in a small to medium eCommerce business. Retail and customer service experience. Experience using Excel spreadsheets including basic formula's, Zendesk, Shopify. Good grammar and writing skills. Self-motivated and happy working alone at times. Australian work rights are required for this position. Car parking. Lively open office studio based in Alexandria, NSW 2015. #J-18808-Ljbffr
