Winston’s Melbourne is a Euro-style neighbourhood bistro in Black Rock. We focus on beautiful produce, seasonal menus, exceptional wine, and warm, thoughtful hospitality. We are a small, passionate and skilled team who genuinely care about our craft and our community. Our food is approachable but refined, with a balance of classic technique and modern touches. We are a busy, fast-paced venue heading into a strong summer period with exciting plans for the future. We are looking for a Sous Chef who wants to contribute to something special and grow with us. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef who can support the Head Chef in leading a high performing kitchen. The right person will be hands on, calm under pressure, and confident running service when required. This role includes food preparation, service execution, maintaining kitchen standards, assisting with menu development, and helping guide junior staff. You will work closely with management to uphold the Winston’s ethos of warm professionalism and consistent quality.
