Operating in complex, high‑security environments, the organisation leads major technology programs that protect Australia’s strategic interests. About the role You will support the development, configuration and optimisation of the Salesforce CRM under the guidance of a Senior Salesforce Developer. The role focuses on workflows, automation and platform enhancements within an agile environment, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders. Duties Configure and customise Salesforce platform components Build flows, workflows and automation features Support agile delivery using Kanban and Scrum Assist with integration planning and testing Improve tools, processes and platform performance Skills & experience Active NV1 Security Clearance Salesforce Admin, App Builder and Platform Developer certs Proven Salesforce configuration and customisation experience Ability to work with business teams to automate processes Long‑term federal engagement with extensions Stable onsite role with consistent hours Opportunity to deepen Salesforce technical capability Contribute to nationally significant digital programs How to apply Apply directly or for more information on this role, please email Aiden McLean at aiden.mcleancalleo.com.au.
