We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team in Macquarie Park, NSW. In this full‑time role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating and ensuring the seamless operation of all commercial aspects of Pizza Hut Franchising. What you’ll be doing Documentation Manage execution of franchisee documents (agreements, disclosures, loans, variations, etc.) Upload and track all documentation accurately on necessary platforms/systems i.e. Lease Eagle (leases, agreements, insurance, food safety) Project Management Be the key contact for Franchise Partners during store openings Own and manage timelines, checklists, and documentation for new restaurant launches Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth openings Communicate pipeline updates to the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) Continuously improve opening processes for best practice Facilitate info sharing and invoice instructions as needed Reporting Deliver clear monthly reports on new restaurant activity to management What we’re looking for 3+ years’ experience in franchising, business operations, sales or organisational management or related field Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills Able to meet deadlines and juggle competing priorities Proactive and collaborative; works well independently and in teams Builds cross‑functional relationships and influences outcomes High attention to detail Clear and confident written and verbal communication If you believe you have what it takes to be the Commercial Manager at Pizza Hut Australia, click "Quick Apply" and be a part of our continued success We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all our people feel valued for being exactly who they are.
