Part‑Time Practice Manager – Urology Specialist An exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic and highly regarded Urological Surgeon in a part‑time Practice Manager role 3 days per week Hybrid role – mix of work‑from‑home & in‑office Location: Main Office Richmond, Offsite session Mornington (shared with full time secretary) Immediate start Gentu Software About the role We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join the team at Dundee Urological Services in Richmond, VIC. This part‑time role will see you playing a crucial part in the operations and growth of our successful surgical practice. You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions, ensuring the smooth running of the practice and delivering an exceptional patient experience. What you'll be doing Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the medical practice Oversee patient bookings, enquiries, and medical record‑keeping to maintain excellent customer service Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards Manage human resources functions such as training and performance management Handle billing and accounts payable/receivable What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, staff, and healthcare providers Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant technologies Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency Strong experience in medical billing (DVA, Medicare, Health Funds, Uninsured etc) What we offer At Dundee Urological Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
