Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing, and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining sectors. Due to an exciting internal promotion, we’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated Fleet & Asset Administrator to join our high‑performing team in Canning Vale. This isn’t your average desk job‑you’ll play a key role in keeping our national fleet running smoothly, working closely with multiple business units and stakeholders across the country. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days look the same, this role is for you. Working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, this is an office‑based role at our Canning Vale corporate office. This is a highly administrative role performing high level data entry and administration for our national fleet department, you will be working in Microsoft excel on a daily basis, so Intermediate to Advanced skills in this area are essential. Other duties will include Delivering high‑level administration and data entry support for our Fleet & Asset team. Using your Excel expertise (pivot tables, VLookups, IF functions, data validation, conditional formatting). Processing payments for vehicle and equipment renewals in partnership with our International Support Office (ISO) team. Updating national vehicle, equipment, and insurance registers. Preparing, lodging and managing insurance claims and liaising with our insurer on a regular basis. Assisting with Used Capital Sales administration. Liaising with service and operations teams to support day‑to‑day fleet activities. Preparing PowerPoint presentation for GM for monthly operations meetings. Managing stock inventory, purchase orders, and tickets. Drafting professional communications to internal and external stakeholders. Supporting the General Manager and broader team with ad hoc projects. In addition, you will bring 4-5 years’ administration or data entry experience in a busy environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills-Intermediate to Advanced Excel is essential. Exposure to preparation and lodgment of insurance claims would be advantageous. Previous exposure to NetSuite or Insphire (advantageous but not required). A confident communicator, both written and verbal. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills- you can juggle multiple tasks with ease. A positive, resilient attitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. A fun, energetic approach-we work hard but enjoy what we do.
