Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in menu development, ingredient sourcing, and presentation. Oversee day‑to‑day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth prep and service periods. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff, delegating tasks and enforcing time‑management. Contribute creative ideas for new dishes while ensuring consistency across the menu. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of relevant culinary experience, including prior sous chef role. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen. Strong time‑management and organizational skills during prep and service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when needed. Flexible availability; may require weekday nights and weekends.
