The Role As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the go‑to partner for a portfolio of SMB customers, helping them unlock the full value of Podium. You’ll drive adoption, retention, and growth through strategic guidance, scalable outreach, and a deep understanding of what success looks like for each business. What You’ll Do Guide customers to set goals and track success with Podium Deliver strategic advice to drive product adoption and solve business problems Manage a high‑volume portfolio with tech‑touch engagement Provide proactive support to reduce churn and maximise value Advocate for customers internally to shape our product and service What You Bring Experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Confidence influencing customer decisions and business outcomes Background in SaaS or tech‑enabled businesses is a bonus Experience with SMBs in retail, auto, healthcare or home services is a plus Takes ownership and is outcome‑driven Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments Builds trust quickly and positions yourself as a business partner Has a positive, solutions‑first mindset Loves to learn, adapt, and improve every day Job Benefits Uncapped commissions + equity options – be rewarded like an owner $600 monthly Benefits & Wellbeing allowance New office in Queen & Collins with bike storage, showers, and yes – a cocktail bar Catered lunches, great swag, and all the snacks you need Why Podium?
