Role Description OnCall Projects is seeking a confident, motivated Commission‑Only B2B Partnerships Manager to help us build long‑term relationships with residential builders across Victoria. We specialise in project management services FOR builders — not retail customers. Builders quote the job, and we manage it. It’s that simple. A single builder can give us repeat work for years, making this one of the highest‑leverage commission roles in the industry. What’s In It For You $500–$2,000 commission for every builder onboarded Ongoing commission for every project they send us (recurring income) No quoting required - builders already quote their jobs or hire us to do so Remote‑friendly, flexible hours with occasional in‑person catchups You focus on relationships – we handle all delivery No earning limit (easy $80k–$150k+ once builder portfolio grows) Your Role Source and call Melbourne based residential builders and renovation companies (initial target list will be supplied) Introduce OnCall as their outsourced project management partner Explain how our system reduces their stress, admin, and overhead Book onboarding meetings for our Project Manager(s) Maintain strong relationships with active accounts Encourage repeat use of our PM services You are not doing: Any quoting Any site work Any technical construction work Why Builders Need OnCall Builders today are overloaded with: Client communication Variations Compliance paperwork Documentation Site coordination They typically do one of two things:1.
