We're Hiring: Client Support and Communication Answer all incoming client calls and respond to client queries via phone and email. Manage incoming enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member in a timely and professional manner. Assist with preparing client correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation. Prepare client reviews and portfolio reports. Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, and preparation of required materials. Documentation & Record Management Accurately prepare client application forms and action all related documentation. Process forms, onboarding documents, and compliance‑related paperwork in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring all documentation is filed and updated within internal systems. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and managing correspondence. Operational & Compliance Support Assist with the preparation and processing of investment transactions as directed. Support compliance processes, including document collection and record keeping. Maintain knowledge of Rivkin Private Wealth’s product offerings and administration requirements. Support the maintenance of internal databases, CRM systems, and workflow tools. Ensure adherence to all internal policies, including privacy, data security, and compliance standards. Team & Office Support Provide high‑quality administrative support to the broader Private Wealth team. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and client‑focused team environment. Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks. Uphold Rivkin Private Wealth’s commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence.
