About the Role: As Area Manager for Ultimate Security, Victoria, you'll lead a high-performing team, overseeing operations and business development efforts to expand our portfolio. Your focus will be on client satisfaction, staff safety, and contributing to our mission to deliver top-tier security services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support staff across Victoria, ensuring operational excellence and team empowerment. Monitor performance and foster career development. Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts. Collaborate with the State Manager to develop sales strategies. Serve as the primary client contact, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including local law enforcement. Identify growth opportunities. Oversee smooth contract transitions and maintain operational documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Lead staff adoption of IT solutions for efficiency. Mentor high-potential staff for career advancement. Oversee the recruitment, induction, and training to ensure competence and alignment with policies. Manage audits, payroll, rostering, and annual leave for assigned sites. Ensure compliance with policies and contractual agreements. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience leading security services operations and driving business development or sales initiatives. Proven ability to manage operations, sales, and client relationships. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills. Experience leading diverse teams and driving service excellence. Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and growth.
