As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting our Head Chef in leading our energising kitchen, delivering exceptional dining experiences, while upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. The venue will be open for a 7-day trade from December throughout summer, for lunch and dinner. Your roster might include evenings and weekends shifts, based on your availability. Sous Chef – Full-time, salaried role ($78k and above, excluding superannuation) About us Parker Group is a proudly WA-owned hospitality group with venues spanning from Perth WA to the South-West coast in Busselton. Busselton Pavilion is a bright, breezy pub in Busselton Central. The multi-faceted venue comprises a wine store, restaurant, beer garden, along with private dining and a mezzanine function space. We’re gearing up for a busy summer season and the launch of 7-day trade in December — and we’re looking for enthusiastic and talented people to join our kitchen team.
