We’re looking for an experienced Content Designer who can translate complex information into clear, helpful content that empowers customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with UX, Product and Customer teams to elevate the digital self-help experience. This is a hands-on content design role requiring strong writing, technical accuracy, and an understanding of web design and content management systems. What you’ll be doing Creating and updating help articles, FAQs, how-tos, and in-product messages that make it easy for customers to find answers. Reviewing existing content to ensure it’s clear, accurate, and easy to find across all channels — web, in-product, chatbots, and digital assistants. Using data and customer feedback to understand where customers get stuck and deciding what content to improve first. Working closely with UX, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align content with new features and customer journeys. Writing in plain, accessible language and organising information in a way that helps customers quickly understand what to do. Helping improve content processes and systems, and testing new ideas that make digital self-help even more effective. What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in content design, UX writing, technical writing or digital self-help content creation - ideally within SaaS, fintech or software support. Strong technical writing and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions. Confident managing projects and collaborating across multiple teams. Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments. Experience using Google Docs, WordPress/Gutenberg, Jira or similar tools.
