What You'll Do Write & Design: Craft clear, user-centric help articles, in-product guides, and FAQs that form the core of our knowledge base. Manage & Publish: Own the content lifecycle from draft to publication using our CMS (e.g., WordPress). Optimise & Improve: Use data and user feedback to enhance content and improve its discoverability (SEO). Collaborate & Align: Partner with Product, UX, and Support teams to create a seamless user journey. Translate Complexity: Convert technical product features into simple, effective guidance that empowers users. Who We're Looking For We believe great content creators come from many backgrounds. You might be a UX Writer, Technical Writer, Content Designer, Journalist, or a skilled Digital Creator. What's most important is your passion for clarity. We're looking for: Exceptional Writing & Storytelling: Your portfolio showcases an ability to create clear, concise, and engaging digital content.
