Our client is a multi-faceted plumbing, civil and earth moving organisation providing specialist services across Victoria. Responsibilities Lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, etc. Target market development and market research. Building and nurturing customer relationships. Assisting in bids and tender submissions. Involvement in project management. Management of business development systems, like CRM. Contribution to strategic growth and business plans. Review and improvement of business processes. Ensuring compliance with EPA guidelines. What you need A deep understanding of the industry, the market participants, regulatory environment and challenges confronting the sector and a solid understanding of how growth opportunities will be realised and can ensure this knowledge is represented in marketing and sales. Extensive network of relationships across the target sectors, in particular Civil & Water industry’s. An ability to develop new client engagement plans and pursuit plans for major opportunities. This role will require some travel for client engagement.
