T4 Group is expanding, and we're seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex operational environments. This role is critical to how we deliver IT support to businesses across Victoria. You'll coordinate technicians, manage incoming service requests, communicate with clients, and ensure we meet our service commitments every day. About the Role In this role, you will: Triage incoming service requests quickly and accurately. Schedule and coordinate technicians using Autotask. Prior experience with Autotask PSA software is preferred but not essential. Serve as the primary point of contact for client service inquiries. Maintain client communication across multiple channels, including tickets, email, chat, and phone. Monitor SLAs, ticket ageing and work queues. Support incident response using ITIL-aligned principles. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure work progresses smoothly. Prepare service performance reports and meeting materials. Identify and escalation service risks before they become issues. Help maintain strong, positive client relationships. This role suits someone who enjoys creating order, managing competing priorities, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. About You You will thrive in this role if you have: A passion for exceptional customer service and strong communication. The ability to show empathy and understanding for both clients and colleagues. Excellent listening, negotiation and coordination skills. Strong organisational ability and a calm, structured approach. The ability to learn technical concepts quickly. Experience in scheduling, triage, coordination, customer service or similar (IT, healthcare, logistics, trades, etc.). Experience in service industries, such as healthcare, logistics, or customer service, is preferred for scheduling and coordination responsibilities. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in scheduling, triage, coordination, or customer service roles is required. An collaborative mindset and confidence working across multiple teams. An understanding of service delivery principles and best practices. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required. Why Work With Us?
