Inspire crew with expertise and a can‑do attitude, ensuring every plate is a work of art. Requirements Hands‑on role, manual handling and lifting – safe and efficient task performance required. Solid experience as Sous Chef in a high‑volume pub or similar setting. Up‑to‑date cooking credentials and food safety certifications. Natural‑born leader who commands respect with skills and a cool‑headed approach. Passion for creating delicious food that keeps people coming back.
