Rebalance (Club Pilates) – Studio Manager – Carina, Mansfield & Rocklea Viva Leisure parent company to Rebalance, one of Australia’s leading fitness companies, are looking for a new Studio Manager to join the team on a permanent full‑time basis in Carina, Mansfield and Rocklea Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with the ability and interest to manage all three studios; however, management of individual clubs can also be considered. Founded in 2004, Viva Leisure operates fitness clubs within the health and leisure industry. We have a trajectory of growth as the largest independent health club operator in Australia and are the first fitness facility operator to list on the Australian Securities Exchange. As a Studio Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operationsof our Rebalance studios as they transition into the globally recognised Club Pilates brand. This role is all about creating an outstanding member experience—ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, supported, and inspired. You’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, maintaining operational excellence, and building a strong, motivated team culture. Leading by example, you’ll set the standard for service, keep facilities running at their best, and make sure programs consistently meet member expectations. People leadership is central to the role. You’ll mentor and guide your team, fostering an environment where staff feels supported and empowered to deliver their best. Strong organisation and communication skills are essential, as you’ll manage studio administration, juggle priorities, and keep the studio performing at its peak. Skills & Qualifications Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience Proven sales aptitude with a results‑driven mindset and ability to meet targets Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a passion for engaging both team members and clients to strengthen the brand. Skilled in supporting diverse tasks and mentoring future leaders to help them achieve peak performance Proven ability to drive operational excellence through strong organisational and formal operational skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively, with a proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and agility in adapting to evolving business needs Ability to be a role model and live our Viva values, and behaviours while being passionate about our brands. You will demonstrate professionalism, respect, courtesy and support Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) Key Responsibilities Drive new member sign‑ups, manage renewals, and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention Ensure all members and guests receive high-quality service; handle complaints and feedback promptly and professionally Maintain high standard of operational procedures.
