The Role As a Customer Success Specialist , you’ll guide clients through challenging financial situations with empathy and expertise. Using our in‑house digital tools, you’ll streamline onboarding, allowing you to focus on advocating for each client’s wellbeing. Your responsibilities include: Connecting with Clients: Understand their financial situation and support them through debt relief options. Providing Guidance: Explain solutions and help clients make informed choices. Process‑Driven Data Verification: Verify data against supporting documentation from customers, creditors, or third parties to prepare robust and compliant applications. Driving Results: Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service and recognise when clients need additional support. Who We’re Looking For You’re ideal for this role if you have: Performance‑Driven Experience: Background in achieving KPIs and targets in a results‑focused environment. MUST have experience in the Debt Management Industry, minimum 5 years. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in verifying information and ensuring accuracy in all documentation. Strong Communication & Problem‑Solving Skills: Clear, compassionate, and professional in every interaction.
