As Australia's leading home builder, we're seeking a highly motivated Estimator to join our Systems Support team and help our franchise network unlock the full potential of our proprietary software, G.J. About the Role As an Estimator - Systems Support, you'll be the go-to expert for our franchise network, providing comprehensive support and training on the estimating module of G.J. Software. You'll work closely with franchise owners and staff across the country, helping them master the intricacies of accurate and efficient estimating, ensuring they deliver competitive quotes and build homes on budget. This role offers a hybrid working model with 2 days in the office (Wednesdays and Thursdays) and the remaining days worked from home. Regular interstate travel to our franchise locations is also required. Tech‑Savvy & Adaptable: You're comfortable with technology and have a knack for learning new software and systems quickly. Excellent Communicator & Trainer: You can explain complex estimating concepts clearly and concisely, and you enjoy empowering others through training and support. Problem Solver & Critical Thinker: You're proactive, resourceful, and able to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a diverse group of people. Valid Driver's Licence & Reliable Vehicle: You possess a current driver's licence and have access to reliable transportation for travel.
