Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Account Manager role is based in Knoxfield, VIC. You will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer support. Your day‑to‑day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth through proactive account management and strategic planning. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Experience in sales, account management or business development Knowledge of industrial piping systems or related engineering products (preferred) Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations and sales presentations Ability to analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, sales, engineering or a related field are a plus Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
