Provide high-level executive support to the CEO Demonstrated exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills Proven experience in Executive Assistant or similar high-level support role Wellington Aboriginal Corporation Health Service (WACHS) is an Aboriginal community-controlled health organisation that aims to empower Aboriginal people to take control of their individual, family, and community health and wellbeing needs through our clinical and community programs. Our main services are in Wellington, Dubbo, Western Sydney, Mount Druitt, Penrith, Nepean, and Blue Mountains, and we provide outreach services to other towns and communities through our regional programs. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role is designed to provide high-level executive support while ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office environment. You will be a key liaison for the CEO and leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities by managing operations, communications, and a wide range of projects varying in size and complexity. Minimum 5 Years as a senior Executive Assistant Ability to plan and organise CEO calendars, itineraries, documents, minutes and other general duties Ability to attend meetings and some regional travel when required Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Proven ability to utilise programs and compile reports, databases, presentations and other documents as required Experience working independently Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and computing skills. Knowledge and understanding of the issues that impact on Aboriginal people and Aboriginal communities Key Duties Work within strict confidentiality guidelines, ensuring all personnel and/or client information is kept secure. Organise meetings, complete agendas, minutes, venues, catering etc. Efficient typing of data and documentation. Ability to support Administration support to CEO. Administrative support to other staff as directed. Provide administrative support on special projects as they arise. Manage time sheets, leave, car running sheets, invoicing and associated financial documentation as required. Complete filing, document management and providing a telephone and message service. Manage competing demands and complete all duties in the timeframe required. Highly developed organisational and time management skills. Highly skilled in all aspects of Office Administration, including telephone, accounts, filing, typing, etc. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of, respect for and compliance with culturally appropriate ways working with Aboriginal individuals, families and communities. Other duties as required and within the scope of the skills and experience. Frequent travel required with the CEO across all sites.
