We pride ourselves on quality, integrity, and teamwork, with a strong focus on delivering results through our values: Momentum | Ownership | Relationships | Excellence About the Role As our full‑time Senior Food Technologist, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, and leading a small team, you will: Drive product innovation and lead the development of new sports nutrition formulations Manage the New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to launch Mentor and lead two Food Technologists Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and compliance This is a hands‑on, collaborative role where you’ll work closely with Business Development, QA, Production, and Compliance teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
