Reporting to the General Manager you must have the capacity to up skill, train and support your sales team, drive revenue growth from existing clients and create the opportunities for the team to find, keep and grow the right clients. About The Role Achieve market share and revenue targets Ensure forecasting is accurate, realistic and on time Provide monthly performance reviews of your market Team Leadership – build, develop and retain a high performing sales team through successful management and leadership, including recruitment, training, weekly meetings, performance management, motivation, leading, developing and reviewing KPI’s and driving employee engagement Market Relationships - continually enhance the reputation and profile of ARN and its brands within the marketplace Leading by example, demonstrable skills in leadership and management of both ARN staff and the ARN Values About You A minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading and managing high performance sales teams within Direct Media Strong communication and presentation skills Confident networking and relationship building A history of winning new business initiatives that you or your team have developed Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment Ability to lead, coach, motivate and manage a group of Salespeople An in depth understanding of the Australian media landscape is required What’s in it for you ARN Social Work Perks which can include – various giveaway & events, FREE and discounted tickets.
