We are seeking an experienced and analytical Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of Nutrition29. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence in the competitive health and wellness sector. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities for our premium Australian-made supplements and translating consumer insights into actionable campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing strategies that align with Nutrition29’s business goals, focusing on increasing market share for key categories such as Liver Health, Beauty, and General Wellness. Conduct in-depth research on the Australian and international health supplement landscape; analyse competitor pricing, product positioning, and consumer trends to identify gaps and opportunities for growth. Orchestrate end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns (Social, Email, Web) for new product launches and seasonal promotions, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximizing return on investment. Optimize the online visibility of nutrition29.com by implementing effective SEO strategies and analysing web traffic data to improve user experience, reduce bounce rates, and increase e-commerce conversion rates. Craft compelling, compliant, and educational copy for various touchpoints including product packaging, website landing pages, blog posts, and electronic direct mail, highlighting the scientific benefits of our high-potency formulations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights; prepare detailed monthly reports for management regarding campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and sales trends. Oversee the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all platforms to ensure it resonates with our target demographic; advise management on brand positioning strategies to maintain a premium image in the market. Collaborate with the product team to provide marketing-led insights on new product development, offering recommendations on packaging design, sizing, and pricing structures based on current market demand. Manage and curate high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) to foster community engagement; develop strategies to grow our follower base and increase organic reach. Identify, negotiate, and coordinate strategic partnerships with health influencers, nutritionists, or brand ambassadors to expand brand reach and build third-party credibility. Ensure all marketing communications and advertising materials strictly adhere to Australian consumer laws and relevant health advertising guidelines to maintain brand integrity. Selection Criteria Experience: Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in a Marketing Specialist role (experience in Health, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG is highly preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. Analytical Mind: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic business advice.
