We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Project/PMO Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening our internal project management capability. This unique position blends hands-on project delivery with coaching, mentoring, and capability building across our team. You’ll lead key strategic initiatives while also helping to elevate how we deliver projects across the organisation — embedding best practices, developing frameworks, and supporting colleagues to reach their full potential as project owners. Key Responsibilities Lead complex projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and stakeholder expectations. Coach and mentor project owners to enhance their skills, confidence, and effectiveness. Develop and embed project management frameworks, playbook, tools, and templates that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency. Partner with the senior leadership to build organisational project management maturity. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, training workshops, and peer learning forums . Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve project management practices across the organisation. Act as a trusted advisor on project governance, risk management, and delivery excellence. Build visual management & benefits tracking to demonstrate continuous improvement outcomes About You You’re a proactive, people-focused project manager who thrives on helping others succeed. You combine delivery expertise with a genuine passion for developing talent and building sustainable capability. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and influence others in project management practices. Strong knowledge of project management & lean methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, CI or hybrid approaches). Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to design and deliver capability-building initiatives or frameworks.
