This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and shaping tailored cybersecurity solutions that deliver real-world impact.
In this position, you will act as a leader within your territory, leveraging your expertise to engage with clients, anticipate their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. You will also be instrumental in collaborating with internal teams to influence strategy and ensure success.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Own and lead your sales territory, developing strategies to expand reach and deepen relationships.Act as a brand ambassador for CSO, demonstrating thought leadership and influence.Sales Execution: Proactively generate and nurture new leads.Build and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and RFX responses.Navigate complex, long-cycle sales processes with strategic finesse.Leverage negotiation skills to ensure successful outcomes for clients, vendors, and CSO.Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, enterprises, and technology partners.Understand market trends, procurement processes, and budget cycles to ensure your strategies are effective and executable.Sales Performance: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.Maintain detailed CRM records and accurately forecast sales activities and revenue.What You'll Bring: Proven Experience: A successful track record in B2B/B2G sales, preferably in IT solutions or cybersecurity.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of security technologies, managed services, and automation solutions.Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly.Analytical Acumen: Skilled in designing innovative solutions and navigating complex procurement landscapes.Commercial Savvy: Adept at crafting commercially viable offers and negotiating mutually beneficial deals.Team Player: Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.Industry certifications and knowledge of platforms such as Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and CRMs.Why Join CSO Group?
