As a Data Support Specialist at GROW, your role will involve: Processing - Process all assigned work within the contracted SLA Annual Statements - Ensure all annual statement activities are actioned within agreed time frames. This will require liaising with internal and external clients Annual Review - Ensure all year end annual review activities are allocated and actioned within agreed time frames. Reporting - Ensure all Trustee/Board & Regulatory Reporting is delivered within agreed SLA’s Fund level services - Completion of all regular fund related processes including regular fee and premium allocations, duplicate member identification etc. Team Work - Provide support to other team members where skill gaps exist, support cross skilling of yourself and team members. To be successful in this role, we’re ideally looking for candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney who have at least 2 years of experience in a similar Data Support Specialist role within the superannuation space.
