Operations Manager – National Clinical Network Lead the next chapter of growth for one of Australia’s most progressive integrated healthcare networks. Coastal Medical Services (CMS) is a multi-disciplinary healthcare group comprising Vein Doctors Group, Metrocentre, Lipoedema Surgical Solutions, Hole in the Heart Clinic, plus Australian Ultrasound Specialists, and aligned with Miami Private Hospital. Together, these services deliver vascular, men’s health, surgical, and diagnostic imaging care supported by hospital-grade clinical governance and national quality standards. With established clinics and further national expansion underway, CMS is seeking a proactive and commercially astute Operations Manager to take operational ownership and support the next stage of organisational growth. This role is ideal for an experienced Practice Manager, Clinical Leader, or emerging healthcare executive seeking a broader, multi-site operational remit. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinical sites, ensuring excellence in compliance, patient experience, financial performance, and clinical governance. Partner closely with the CEO and Clinical Director to support national expansion, clinic activation, and new team onboarding. Lead and mentor clinical and administrative teams, fostering a high-performance, patient-centred culture. Drive continuous improvement in systems, workflows, and patient flow across all service lines. Manage budgets, reporting, and cost controls in collaboration with the finance manager. Lead KPI implementation, team accountability, and operational discipline across the network. Ensure alignment with CMS’s safety, quality, and accreditation frameworks. About You Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations or practice management, ideally within a multi-site or multi-disciplinary setting. Strong financial literacy and commercial insight, comfortable managing budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting. Clinical nursing background highly regarded. Confident communicator and culture-builder, able to engage with clinicians, staff, executives, and external stakeholders. Organised, strategic, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a growing and dynamic organisation. Strong problem-solving capability and commitment to patient-centred care.
