About the Company Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex Healthcare as a business unit delivers supports to the healthcare and disability industry, primarily attendant care and nursing services. We are registered providers under the NDIS, iCare, NIISQ, CHSP, Insurance Commission of Western Australia and a number of other funding schemes. Our reputation has been built on the ability to deliver quality services, and in regional and rural locations without the compromise of high-quality outcomes for our participants. The Role We are currently looking for a National Operations Manager to join our internal team to cover maternity leave for 6 months from late January until July. We are looking to commence someone in this role as soon as possible to ensure adequate training is provided and to support a smooth transition. Once the maternity leave is completed, further opportunities may be present to the successful applicant in a role fitting to your experience and suitability. This role will be on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Profitability of the branches from a national level Strategic direction of UHC Strategic operational oversight Building and nurturing high-performing teams Ensure compliance and other organisational governance is upheld Skills & Experiences Prior experience in a similar role within the Healthcare Industry Knowledge of NDIS and other care schemes is ideal Proven ability to be able to lead a team and build continued growth We are an exciting company that has been able to build a sustainable business model and we seek to be innovators within our industry.
