This full-time role, based in our Melbourne office, reports to the National Client Services Manager and offers exceptional learning and career progression opportunities. What You Will Be Doing Acting as the first point of contact by triaging inbound phone calls and emails. Providing an outstanding client experience through efficient and supportive communication. Performing administrative tasks that support key business operations. Building strong internal relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Participating in ongoing development and training designed to grow you into future roles within insurance or financial services. What You Will Bring A genuine passion for helping customers and clients. Confidence handling high volumes of phone calls. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
