New Business Manager Our client is a boutique Melbourne based full service agency, who build high impact brand campaigns, executing from problem to solution with top-tier strategists, creatives and marketers. They are looking for an agency experienced New Business Manager to join their team - whether you have worked in a stand alone new business role, sales role, or perhaps you could be an Account Director who works heavily across securing new business. Your prior experience and understanding of the agency production process will allow you to step into this role, driving business growth and sales with confidence. You will love the drive to find leads, make connections and get on client pitch lists. Our client is open to you being Melbourne or Sydney based, and you will have a great network already in place that you can tap into. Working hybrid with Tuesday and Thursday and a 3rd day in the office, or everyday if you prefer. This is an exciting opportunity to make the role what you want it to be – starting part time on an initial 3 - 6 month contract, moving to full time hours, this is a salary plus commission role based on kpi’s.
