We also bring to the industry an experienced and established management team. Summit Fleet is seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Bid Executive to join our team located in Rydalmere. Reporting to the Sales Operations & Partnership Manager you will have a flexible approach, strong time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail. Job tasks and responsibilities Prepare, write, and edit tenders for new and existing customers in collaboration with the sales team. Coordinate input from internal stakeholders to ensure submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant. Maintain and enhance standardised response material in the Tender Library and Tender Assistant. Collaborate with the Deal Team on strategic tender positioning and messaging. Drive continuous improvement in tender and bid processes, content, and design. Execute responses for tenders and bid presentations. Oversee tender management processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Develop case studies and sales enablement resources to support Sales in delivering consistent, compelling customer messaging. Uplift and support quality of Business Offers and/or Strategic Reviews where required. Skills and experience Minimum 2 years in tender writing or bid management. Proven ability to produce high-quality, compliant submissions. Experience in partnership development and lead generation. Familiarity with tender portals and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced writing and editing skills for impactful tender responses. Strong compliance and risk awareness. Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Expertise in bid strategy and tender management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/tender tools. Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.
