Position Overview: We’re seeking a Client Care Consultant to join our dedicated Client Care team. This is an essential role where you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and driven to deliver outstanding results while working independently and contributing to the overall success of the team. Key Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals A warm, friendly, and professional communication style Strong time management and organizational skills A proactive, customer-first attitude with a focus on results Professional, well-presented and confident Focused on delivering exceptional customer service Previous experience in customer-facing positions, such as: Retail Sales: Experience in a retail environment where you’ve interacted with customers, provided product knowledge, and ensured a positive shopping experience. Hospitality: Roles in cafes, restaurants, or hotels where customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and managing guest expectations were key responsibilities. Call Centre or Customer Support: Experience in a customer service environment where you’ve managed customer queries, provided solutions, and ensured customer retention. Sales or After‑Sales Roles: Experience working in a sales environment where you provided tailored solutions and post‑sale support to customers.
