Position Overview We’re seeking a Client Care Consultant to join our dedicated Client Care team. This is an essential role where you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Hospitality Roles in cafes, restaurants, or hotels where customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and managing guest expectations were key responsibilities. Call Centre or Customer Support Experience in a customer service environment where you’ve managed customer queries, provided solutions, and ensured customer retention. Sales or After‑Sales Roles Experience working in a sales environment where you provided tailored solutions and post‑sale support to customers.
