Clinical Psychologist | Executive Coach | Board approved Supervisor Days: 1-2 days per week (Thursday and/or Saturday) starting in January-February 2026 Location: Melbourne CBD (hybrid – some in-person appointments required) Employment type: Service agreement (percentage split model) About Us The Inner Collective is a warm, values-driven psychology practice located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming care for adults. Our clients often seek support for ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, and migratory experiences. We take a compassionate, evidence-based, and strengths-focused approach, and we pride ourselves on creating an affirming space where both clients and clinicians can grow. About the Role We’re seeking a Clinical Psychologist, experienced Psychologist, or Registrar who shares our belief that quality mental health care should be accessible. This role offers: A steady stream of adult clients matched to your interests and expertise A supportive and collaborative team culture Regular peer consultation and opportunities for professional growth A beautifully designed CBD space with flexible hybrid options You’ll provide therapy both in-person and online, with an expected caseload of 1-2 days per week. Availability on Thursdays and/or Saturdays is required. About You You’re a warm, reflective, and values-aligned clinician who is passionate about providing affirming, client-centred care. You value accessibility, ethical practice, and genuine connection over high-volume turnover. You’ll ideally have: Full registration and/or endorsement status with AHPRA Professional indemnity insurance and eligibility for a Medicare provider number Experience or strong interest in working with adults with ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or burnout A collaborative spirit and a commitment to ongoing learning For Registrars We understand that early-career psychologists require meaningful support and guidance. We are able to offer primary supervision on the basis of at least two days a week availability (Thursday and Saturday). Our percentage split model reflects both our mission of accessible care and the additional supervision and infrastructure we provide to help you thrive.
