The Role We currently have a fantastic and challenging career opportunity for a motivated, knowledgeable full‑time Demi Chef to join our dynamic team. You will provide guidance and support to the team and maintain a positive working environment. The successful candidate will be required to: Prepare and present high‑quality dishes, keeping all working areas clean and tidy to prevent cross‑contamination. Embrace innovative techniques to create dishes that inspire and delight. Infuse dishes with creativity, flavour and flair. Have 1–2 years of previous experience in a similar position (hotel environment desirable). Work closely with our team of seasoned chefs to ensure every dish reflects our commitment to excellence. Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow; be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritise workload and work on a rotating roster. Perfect your craft with strong attention to detail, precision and finesse, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece. Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety and presentation at all times.
