To continue our success, we currently have an exciting 9 months full time contract opportunity for a Territory Manager in the Canberra region. Your role will be to deliver category growth in all customers through: Selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure we secure ranging, displays and promotional support of our brands; Sell with insights to influence all potential sales drivers such as share of shelf, front of store, off location and front-end execution; Drive profitability through managing mix of products displayed. Relationship Building & Influence : Build strong relationships with store and grocery managers to drive inventory levels, secure compliance to paid displays, and unlock incremental display opportunities using data-driven insights. Commercial & Promotional Excellence : Lead the sell-in of new product development (NPD) and promotional plans, ensuring in-store standards like planograms are met and store teams are well-informed and engaged. Business Development & Strategy Delivery : Drive new business opportunities across channels while executing the commercial calendar and channel strategy to meet both short- and long-term objectives. Data-Driven Selling & Stakeholder Engagement : Use store scan data and business reviews to identify growth opportunities, measure activity effectiveness, and engage key internal and external stakeholders to amplify execution across multiple sites. Qualifications About you Understand all elements of the customer supply chain to be able to influence On Shelf Availability Able to identify in-store sales growth opportunities against key Blueprint objectives and put a plan in place to improve in-store execution Able to understand, interpret and use category facts in all aspects of customer interaction. Able to have a natural selling conversation with the customer that results in them taking action. Able to plan for and anticipate customer objections and resolve using negotiation techniques in the sales presentation.
