We’re seeking a Product & Production Coordinator to work closely with our overseas manufacturing partners and internal team. This role suits someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, process, and clear communication. You’ll manage production orders, verify specifications, coordinate with factories, and support customers with spare parts, warranty requests, and after-sales enquiries. If you enjoy keeping operations organised, solving problems, and building strong relationships with suppliers and customers, you’ll excel in this position. Previous experience in property, construction, or any role requiring the ability to read and interpret plans is highly desirable. You’ll be working with detailed product specifications, assembly requirements, and factory documentation, so understanding how buildings and components fit together is extremely valuable. Whether your background is in drafting support, construction administration, building supply, or any environment where plans and product information form part of your daily workflow, this knowledge will be a major advantage in your success. Responsibilities Production & Ordering Place and manage production orders with overseas factories Check specifications and ensure all order details are correct before manufacture Coordinate with factories on timelines, packaging, and product updates Track production progress and assist with logistics coordination Customer Service & Warranty Support Assist customers with warranty claims, spare parts enquiries, and after-sales requests Process warranty submissions, gather information, and communicate with factories Arrange replacement parts or solutions while maintaining a high standard of professionalism Update customers throughout the process and ensure issues are resolved efficiently General Coordination & Administration Maintain accurate product records, spreadsheets, and documentation Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, marketing) to provide product updates Assist with internal improvements to ordering systems and processes Contribute to quality control feedback loops with our factories As part of our small, agile team, you’ll gain exposure to all areas of the business and play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of information between customers, suppliers, and our warehouse. Strong communication skills, particularly when coordinating with overseas suppliers High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks, orders, and enquiries at once Experience in customer service, warranty support, logistics, or production coordination (preferred but not essential) Background in property, construction, or the ability to read and understand plans is highly desirable Confident working independently within a small, fast-moving team Problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for improving internal systems Benefits $80,000 per year + 12% superannuation 4 weeks annual leave 10 days personal leave Paid public holidays Flexible start and finish times (Monday to Friday) Full-time role based at our Molendinar office on the Gold Coast How to Apply Please email your resume to ******@expressportables.com.au or apply directly via SEEK.
