Sirv is launching an AI Partner Pilot Program – a first‑of‑its‑kind opportunity for ambitious industry leaders to grow and run their own business units using agentic AI teams . This isn’t the old model. This is the future of operations – human expertise amplified by AI. Our Managing Partners will learn, use, and lead their teams alongside Suzie AI, Sirv’s internal AI ecosystem designed to automate, analyze, and optimise how business units operate. The Model Sirv’s model empowers experienced service delivery managers to build and scale their own operations, now enhanced by AI. You’ll partner with Sirv to run your business unit, with corporate support handling compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, and marketing. The difference is you’ll be trained and equipped to operate with AI‑driven systems that automate repetitive tasks, forecast needs, and surface critical insights. We’re looking for Partners who: See AI as an opportunity, not a threat Are comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies Have a strong NDIS or Aged Care operations background Want to lead a high‑performance business unit without corporate red tape Have an extremely strong reputation and network, known as the “go‑to” operator in the sector Your Role Your day‑to‑day is identical to a traditional Operations Manager but with access to Suzie AI and our agentic AI tools that will help you make faster, smarter decisions. You will: Build and manage your own NDIS business unit Leverage AI to forecast workforce needs, analyse performance data, and automate admin Recruit and lead your support team using AI‑enhanced recruitment tools Deliver outstanding Participant outcomes through smart service design Grow your business using AI insights and your own industry network You’ll be given full autonomy, work remotely, and have the backing of Sirv’s national support team. Rewards & Remuneration This partnership is built for ambitious leaders who want to grow fast.
