Are you an Accredited Exercise Physiologist looking to make a genuine impact? IOH Health is seeking a motivated and professional Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. This is a predominantly clinic-based role where you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessment and treatment services across a diverse client base. Working within Workers Compensation, private clients, employer-direct services, and, at times, NDIS and Aged Care, you’ll support clients to improve physical capacity, manage chronic and acute conditions, and achieve meaningful functional and vocational outcomes. You’ll also contribute to workplace wellness programs and safe return-to-work initiatives for our valued business clients. About the Role In this role, you will: Provide clinical assessment, tailored exercise programs, and evidence-based interventions. Deliver services across injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Employment Functional Assessments. Produce clear, high-quality reports and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Work collaboratively with doctors, physiotherapists, case managers, employers, and our internal team to ensure coordinated client care. Support business growth by building strong relationships with clients and referral partners. Contribute to wellness and injury-prevention programs in alignment with IOH Health’s mission. This role is suited to an Exercise Physiologist who enjoys independence, variety, and the opportunity to work within a supportive multi-disciplinary environment. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status with ESSA. SIRA Allied Health Practitioner approval (or eligibility). Demonstrated experience delivering Exercise Physiology services across a range of settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to evidence-based practice, WHS principles, and quality care. A current CPR certificate, or a willingness to obtain one. Knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. Experience working with multidisciplinary medical assessments. Why Join IOH Health?
