In this role, you’ll play an important part in our HR operations—supporting leaders, employees, and HR teams to ensure smooth payroll and time‑management processes. What you’ll be doing: Coordinate monthly payroll activities with our external payroll provider Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and payroll partners Support process enhancements and support business transformation initiatives Ensure high‑quality time, attendance, and absence reporting Provide expert guidance to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners Collaborate with HR Shared Services across the Nordics and Europe Support digitalisation, automation, and continuous improvement projects Contribute to a strong, cross‑country HR Services team What will help you succeed: Experience in payroll administration, ideally in a global company Knowledge of Danish payroll and tax regulations (Nordic experience is a plus) A structured, detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy A love for working with systems, data, and process optimisation A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently Fluency in Danish and English (other Nordic languages are appreciated but not required) You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment.
