About the Role You will be the go‑to person for ensuring payments happen smoothly, securely and on time for our clients, uploading and processing payments across both traditional and digital banking platforms, and setting up and maintaining client bank accounts. As the primary liaison between the White Sky Billing Team and the Banking function, you will coordinate payment activities and maintain strict compliance with internal banking processes, controls, and security requirements. Responsibilities Process Australian domestic supplier payments (EFT, BPAY, Credit Card) Process Australian payroll payments Process international money transfers using international banks, Australian banks, and digital banking platforms Set up and manage scheduled and recurring payments Perform all banking checks for payments (bank accounts, approvals, amounts, documentation) Maintain strict adherence to banking security protocols and controls Conduct supplier verification procedures (Eftsure, ABN checks, bank account validation) Escalate unusual or suspicious transactions Assist with client onboarding across multiple banking platforms (Airwallex, major Australian banks, international providers) Prepare and submit bank authority forms, user access requests, and signatory updates Configure approval workflows, user permissions, and account structures across banking platforms Set up debit/credit cards, virtual cards, or expense cards for clients using digital banks Troubleshoot client banking and platform issues, coordinating with banks and digital platform account managers Deposit domestic and foreign currency cheques at bank branches Manage and monitor all banking tasks in Outlook Provide guidance to billing staff on correct banking procedures Document banking processes and keep documentation up to date Manage all ad‑hoc banking requests (statements, banking questions, etc.) Maintain client bank access lists and remove access for exited staff Requirements Previous experience in accounts payable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with exceptional time‑management and organisational skills Strong problem‑solving abilities Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients Knowledge or interest in music/creative industry is highly valued Availability to work 10:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday Benefits Work‑life integration with flexible day‑to‑day arrangements Free weekly lunches, social events, and a modern headquarters in the CBD 24/7 wellbeing, medical and safety support through partner Sonder Mentoring and coaching from industry leaders Opportunities for growth and promotion A supportive leadership team focused on your career goals How to Apply Please submit a cover letter explaining why you are the perfect fit and what you can bring to White Sky.
