Bright Lilly Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Albany. As a leading provider of disability support services, we are committed to empowering our clients to live fulfilling lives with dignity and independence. Responsibilities Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management Implementing individualized care plans and monitoring progress towards goals Supporting clients to engage in social and recreational activities within the community Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of clients Requirements Previous experience in disability support or a related field preferred Certificate III or IV in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and overnight shifts Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver`s license NDIS workers screen or willing to obtain Clean criminal record Manual handling certificate or willing to obtain Competitive hourly rate ($35 - $41 per hour) with opportunities for overtime Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive work environment with a focus on employee well-being Rewarding work that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of others Variety of shift available including over night If you are passionate about providing quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, we want to hear from you Join our team at Bright Lilly Healthcare and help us empower our clients to reach their full potential.
