We are seeking an enthusiastic & experienced person to join our small, busy office as Lilydale. Tasks and Responsibilities: Administration assistance to Managers. Support sales personnel with telephone sales. Computer input of sales orders / purchase orders. Order and maintain relevant office supplies. Update pricelists regularly. Prepare any office correspondence as required. Perform other office roles when staff are on leave. Assist with accounts payable and receivable. Qualifications and Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel. Ability to work as part of a team and display initiative. Interest in the health food industry. Experience with Tencia Software an advantage. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9a.m - 5 p.m. Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
