Sales & Operations Assistant

EBMX Global is seeking a proactive and versatile Sales & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Operations Manager and Sales Manager. This hybrid role is designed for someone who thrives in a busy environment — supporting leadership in global operations and sales while contributing directly to the growth of our international business. This is not just an admin role; it’s a hands‑on position helping drive real business results. About the Role You’ll assist the Operations Manager and Sales Manager with a variety of tasks across operations, finance and sales. From coordinating dealer activity, sales administration, supporting dispatch operations, finance data entry, to supporting projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide executive assistance to the Operations Manager and Sales Manager — schedules, follow‑ups, and administration support. Support dealer and distributor communications. Coordinate sales reporting data to inform decision makers. Assist with marketing and sales campaigns, including dealer materials and product communications. Coordinate documentation, schedule meetings, and book travel for global operations and events. Skills & Experience Experience in sales support, executive assistance, or business operations, ideally in a technical or fast‑moving industry. Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools (Odoo experience not essential but beneficial). Comfortable working with technical product information and liaising with multiple staff over multi‑country offices. Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently from home after initial training, with once weekly face‑to‑face meetings with the Operations Manager. Location & Work Setup Based in Newcastle, NSW, with mostly remote work after initial training.
