About the role: Ability to develop strategic marketing and communication campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with internal teams, external agencies and creative partners, you’ll: Develop and implement integrated campaigns across online and offline channels Produce compelling written and video content that is compelling, on-brand and inspires action. Brief and manage designers, photographers and agencies to bring creative campaigns to life. Monitor channel performance, report on ROI and continuously optimise marketing activity. Work with diverse stakeholders to align messaging and ensure a consistent customer experience. What you bring: Tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications or equivalent experience. 3+ years’ experience with proven success delivering campaigns. Experience using creative content tools Ability to be agile, adapt and learn with the job as well as collaborate with a decentralised teams Excellent writing skills — able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused. An understanding of, or genuine interest in, the disability or care sector.
