SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHERS & ASSISTANTS WANTED FOR OUR 2026 SEASON Work available in Metropolitan Sydney - Western, Eastern, Northern & Southern Suburbs. Start on the 19th of January 2026. How fun it would be to go back to school? Help us capture important life memories. advancedlife is a national photographic company specialising in School Photography for over 41 years. We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic people to join our busy photographic team at our NSW branch located in Brookvale. You’ll join our fun & energetic team who will make your work week a fantastic experience. We service schools across Sydney – covering the whole metropolitan area. We are looking for people interested to be trained as group and portrait photographers and photographic assistants. These in-the-field roles require both working independently and as part of the team. All equipment, training and uniforms are supplied. You will be paid to attend training from Monday 19 January 2026, to start work in NSW School Term 1. These casual positions will be 3 to 5 days' work per week, with time off during and around school holidays. The opportunity for permanent employment also exists for the right candidates. Qualifications and Attributes Enjoy working with children of all ages. Enjoy working outside an office environment. Be warm and friendly. Be organised and reliable. Know how to deliver a great customer experience. Be energetic and happy working in an active hands‑on role and as part of a fun team. Be an Australian resident with an Australian driving licence and have dependable transport to and from our Brookvale office or be able to drive to jobs directly. Be available for early starts and to work variable length days (not just school hours). Be aware that this is a busy physical role, with standing and lifting involved. You are also required to secure your own NSW Working with Children clearance which should be in place BEFORE you start working at any NSW school.
