We are seeking a Digital Health Officer for a 12-month maternity leave cover , offering hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful digital health improvements across primary and aged care. About the Role The Digital Health Officer supports the planning, delivery and adoption of digital health initiatives across the SEMPHN catchment. This role involves project coordination, stakeholder engagement, training delivery and administrative support across a range of digital health programs. It’s a varied and rewarding position suited to someone passionate about health technology and improving health system capability. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Support Participate in planning and delivering digital health projects. Monitor project progress, risks and issues, and maintain accurate documentation. Use Microsoft 365 and CRM systems to support program delivery. Training & Education Develop and deliver training, resources and stakeholder education. Promote SEMPHN digital health initiatives across primary and aged care. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with general practice, pharmacies, aged care and other sector partners. Engage with stakeholders via phone, email, virtual meetings and onsite visits across the SEMPHN catchment. Administrative Support Provide meeting support including minute‑taking, documentation and reporting. Maintain data, records and online folders. Change Management Support provider‑level change initiatives and capability building. Assist in implementing innovative support models and processes. About You Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in primary care, digital health or related fields. Skills & Experience Experience in project or program coordination. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. High attention to detail and strong organisational ability. Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 and CRM knowledge.
