About The Role Create, edit and maintain content for DTET’s digital platforms, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, user-friendly and accessible. Plan and implement content updates by working with internal and external stakeholders to understand business and strategic goals. Apply and uphold department and government style and branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital content. Contribute to content governance by assisting in the development and implementation of frameworks, processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, quality and cohesion across digital service delivery. Adhere to online standards and policies applicable to Queensland Government websites and digital products and stay updated on any changes. Use website analytics and user feedback to analyse performance, evaluate content and identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance content processes and user experiences, support innovation and align with DTET’s strategic priorities. Promote a positive workplace culture by supporting staff engagement strategies and demonstrating commitment to Queensland Public Service and DTET values. What We Are Looking For Experience in content operations and content management systems (including Squiz Matrix) within large organisations. Working knowledge of systems and approaches such as Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, Hotjar, Form.io, AI prompting, Miro, Jira and Confluence, or the ability to quickly acquire it. Proven ability to plan and manage tasks or projects effectively to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of usability and accessibility best practices applicable to digital communication. Skilled in writing and editing digital content, adhering to Queensland and Australian Government style, to meet user needs and support strategic objectives. Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address content needs. Experience analysing data sources and user research to make informed decisions about content and user experience.
